Here are all the new low-cost flight routes launching this summer

From spectacular Spanish mountain ranges to Greek island paradises, Europe’s about to get some pretty exciting new flight routes

If you’re on the hunt for a dirt-cheap getaway this summer, now’s the time to get excited. Low-cost airlines Ryanair and easyJet have both just revamped their route options, thereby opening up tonnes of new destinations (as well as providing increased options on existing routes) throughout Europe.

From the mountains of Asturias in northern Spain to Greek island paradises like Santorini, Ryanair and easyJet’s options look very tempting indeed. Here’s our lowdown of all the dazzling new routes added to the budget carriers’ schedules this summer.

Of course, given the severely negative environmental effects of flying and the increasingly high costs of not using a budget carrier, you might prefer to avoid travelling by plane this year completely (read more about why you should def consider that here).
